Q: Can I come on my lunch break or just stop in to utilize the Halo IR?
A: All visits are by appointment. You may call the spa or stop by to see if there is availability at the time you would like. If there is an open time spot, we will be happy to book you! 🙂
Q: How long are my sessions?
A: A 30 to 40 minute session is recommended.
Q: What do I wear?
A: You will be provided with a spa wrap and towel. You may wear a swimsuit or just your underwear. We ask that you sit or lay on the provided towel as you may perspire.
Q: How many sessions are suggested for maximum health benefits?
A: 2-3 sessions per week are recommended for maximum benefits.
Contraindications
